Terms of Service

1. The service

Telelogger connects to your own Telegram account and archives the groups and channels you select, including deleted and edited messages, reactions and — on the Pro plan — media.

Telelogger is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Telegram.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

You may only connect a Telegram account that belongs to you.

3. Acceptable use

Use Telelogger only for groups you lawfully have access to and in line with applicable laws, including privacy laws, and with Telegram’s terms.

Do not use the service to harass, stalk or expose others, to distribute archived content unlawfully, to infringe intellectual property, or to disrupt or overload the service.

You are responsible for how you use archived content, including content written by other people.

4. Plans and payments

The Free plan includes 1 group, the last 30 days of history and no media. The Pro plan is a monthly subscription with up to 20 groups, full history and media.

Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes and invoices. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time in the subscription portal. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period, after which the account moves to the Free plan and your data is kept.

We may change prices or plan limits for future billing periods and will announce such changes in advance.

5. Refunds and right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have 14 days to withdraw from a new subscription. By starting Pro immediately you ask us to begin the service during that period; if you withdraw, you may receive a refund reduced in proportion to the time used.

Otherwise payments are non-refundable except where required by law. For refund requests, contact [email protected].

6. Availability

We work to keep Telelogger available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every message will be captured. Telegram may limit, delay or block access, and content deleted before it was archived cannot be recovered.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law. Where possible we will tell you why.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
